Location – Area of the Residences

Somewhat similar in size, structure and in style is how you would want the properties near yours to be, homogeneous. Although to be exactly alike in everything is not what you have in mind. Each home will have special and unique touches from their owners.

Being almost at the centre of this neighbourhood is the best location of your prospective house. The areas by the edges are not such a good idea. A busy street, the back of or at the side, would not be desirable. Avoid a home that borders an apartment complex, park, school, or a condominium as you would not want that especially when you are going to purchase a home for a single family.

The street where your house is should not be used by people as a shortcut between streets that are busier; therefore you should look out for such detail. A property lot which poses danger for children and is an invitation to more street traffic is one at a corner, so keep in mind to avoid that also. A house located on a cul de sac or one in the middle of the block is best.

And so we say again, that the center of the residential neighbourhood is the best place where you want to live
